Welcome & Hello
Hi y’all! My name is Allie Babcock (she/her) (b. 1994), of Allie Babcock Art. Part of a big family and raised on the Seacoast in New Hampshire, I have always enjoyed making and creating for those I love. My friends and family have received handmade Christmas and birthday gifts for as long as we can remember.
I graduated from the University of South Carolina after studying Marketing & International Business, and worked in sales for years for a winery. I always found small moments to create, but in 2020 I made the decision to focus more on art as a passion and a small business. I started on Etsy before venturing to create my own website, which could be a lasting home for all things Allie Babcock Art.
My mission is - to create beauty in art, in home, in life.
I love the quiet I find while painting and creating. I love the wonder of creating something from nothing, and experimenting everyday to discover something new. My artwork is abstract and minimal (at least right now) - I hope it brings simple texture and quiet creativity to your space and guides in making your home a true and wonderful reflection of you.
I love design and creating a space that brings peace. My style is classic and timeless, using natural and pre-loved materials whenever I can. My partner and I recently bought our first home and it’s been such an adventure and a privilege to create a space that is truly ours.
I love finding joy and beauty in the small moments of life, and try to romanticize the everyday. I’m guilty of taking entirely too many photos - of the sunrise, birds flying over the water, fresh produce at the farmer’s market, or a particularly delicious and beautiful meal.
When I’m not painting, I love to read, walk along the water, listen to podcasts, or eat delicious food with friends.
I sell my work online at alliebabcockart.com, and ship directly from Tampa, Florida to you (or pick ups here if you’re local)!
I welcome you to explore my website, especially the Journal (appears you already found it), for more thoughts and general musings about art and life.
It is my greatest honor to create pieces that can be part of your home or your special moments. Thank you so much for being here and supporting my dreams!
